Your Role & Contribution:

• Design and update job descriptions
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Synchronization with other Talent Development Methods
• Creating and improving material for recruitment and HR-development
• Conduct candidates interviews and assessments.
• Support hiring teams in their recruitment process
• Internal team development and training

You bring:

• Graduated or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or Business, Management, or related field)
• Previous experience in Corporate HR, Talent Development and Training is a valuable asset
• High value on accuracy, personal professionalism, and striving for excellence. No-excuse-mentality.
